  1. Feel the fear and do it anyway by Susan Jeffers. Peguin Random House UK, 2012. This book is a great introduction to understanding how important your mindset is to your success, how to flip your mindset and how to make difficult decisions. 

  2. The power of a positive NO by William Ury. Hodder Mobius 2008. How to say No and still get to a Yes - learn what drives you and how to move towards it, say a positive no to anything that steers you away from your goal.

  3. Powerful and Feminine by Rachael Jayne Groover, Deep pacific press 2015. This is one for the ladies - the ultimate guide to your empowerment.

  4. Loving what is by Byron Katie. Rider 2002. Using simple a questioning process, you can unlock your limiting self beliefs and change your life. 

Leadership Development recommendations:

  1. Team of Teams - New rules of engagement for a complex world by General Stanley McChrystal. Peguin books 2015. What if you could combine the agility, adaptability, and cohesion of a small team with the power and resources of a giant organization? This is a true miltary story that did just that.

  2. Spiral Dynamics in Action by Don Back. Wiley Press 2018. This book explores the evolution of modern business, and provides a model for moving forward amidst ever-increasing complexity and change.

  3. Dare to Lead by Brene Brown. Ebury 2018. This is a workbook for developing courageous leadership, having difficult conversations and leading with heart.
